  • How do I place an order if I'm not in the area IZZY's is currently based in?

    If interested in placing an order, please DM us on Instagram or place an order on the website and we’ll reach out to you. To be quite transparent, I am a college student travelling between Ulster County and New York City. Before I leave the location, I am based in, I always make a couple of orders in case someone would like to pick up. The maximum amount of time it would take for your order to be fulfilled regardless of your location is 5 days. IZZY’s is in the process of making a consistent schedule that accommodates to all areas.

  • I am not satisfied with my product. How do I get a refund?

    Firstly, we are sorry you are unsatisfied with your purchase. IZZY’s strives for perfection in every aspect. In order to fully help you, please contact customer service through email or the Instagram page. We’d also appreciate some feedback so that we can better serve our customers.

  • How long can I eat fruity fusion bites after purchasing?

    All frozen treats (all fruits except the strawberries) can last up to one year if kept in the freezer. However, any product that is not frozen or you would prefer to enjoy thawed should be finished or disposed 48 hours upon receiving.

  • Are there any other products that you sell?

    As of right now, the only products that IZZY’s is actively selling online/on-hand are fruity fusion bites. Anything that is advertised on the Instagram page is available for a custom order. Contact us and we’ll talk! If you only have questions and you may not buy anything, we also want you to reach out to us because we value you just as much as an existing customer.
